Présentation générale
Synergies Pays Scandinaves est une revue francophone de recherche en sciences humaines, particulièrement ouverte aux travaux de linguistique, littérature et de didactique françaises.
Sa vocation est de mettre en oeuvre dans les pays scandinaves le Programme Mondial de Diffusion Scientifique Francophone en Réseau du GERFLINT, Groupe d'Etudes et de Recherches pour le Français Langue Internationale. C'est pourquoi elle publie essentiellement des articles dans cette langue mais sans exclusive linguistique et accueille, de façon prioritaire, les travaux issus de la pensée scientifique des chercheurs francophones de son espace géographique dont le français n’est pas la langue première. Comme toutes les revues du GERFLINT, elle poursuit les objectifs suivants: défense de la recherche scientifique francophone dans l'ensemble des sciences humaines, promotion du dialogue entre les disciplines, les langues et les cultures, ouverture sur l'ensemble de la communauté scientifique, aide aux jeunes chercheurs, adoption d'une large couverture disciplinaire, veille sur la qualité scientifique des travaux. La politique éditoriale de la revue se place dans le cadre de lapolitique éditoriale générale des éditions Gerflint.

Synergies Pays Scandinaves est une revue éditée et publiée par le GERFLINT qui se situe dans le cadre du libre accès à l’information scientifique et technique. Le mode de diffusion de ses articles est conforme aux principes fondateurs du GERFLINT, au Code français de la propriété intellectuelle et à l’Initiative de Budapest (BOAI definition). Tous ses articles peuvent donc être lus et téléchargés gratuitement en ligne dans leur intégralité sans identifiant, abonnement, inscription, adhésion. Toutes les données personnelles (noms, adresses, CV, avis, grilles et rapports d’évaluation) qui parviennent à la revue ne seront utilisées que dans le cadre de la mission humaniste et scientifique de toute revue du GERFLINT, à l’exclusion de tout autre fin. Normes éthiques
1. Responsabilités des éditeurs techniques et scientifiques
La rédaction de Synergies Pays Scandinaves travaille selon les normes éthiques et déontologiques les plus strictes et veille à l’adoption et au respect de bonnes pratiques dans ce domaine. Elle s’engage à œuvrer pour le bien de la communauté scientifique et à n’obéir à aucun intérêt personnel. Le fonctionnement des normes éthiques et le respect de la confidentialité sont placés sous la responsabilité du rédacteur en chef et du Directeur de publication. Ces normes entrent en vigueur depuis la conception du projet jusqu'aux publications imprimée et électronique définitives, se poursuivent après la publication et couvrent les stratégies de diffusion internationale de tous les numéros. Elles concernent l’équipe permanente de la revue (Président, directeur, rédacteurs, secrétaire, comités) et l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs : auteurs, coordinateurs, experts extérieurs, correcteurs, traducteurs, autres revues du GERFLINT, partenaires, imprimeur, quel que soit leur pays d’exercice.
L’équipe éditoriale s’engage à protéger la revue contre toute pratique frauduleuse. Les contrôles et détections systématiques du plagiat et de l'auto-plagiat sont assurés par la Direction du Pôle éditorial international du Gerflint. Ces analyses sont réalisées à l'aide des logiciels les plus performants en la matière, doublées d'une vérification exhaustive, pour chaque article, de la pertinence des résultats obtenus.
Toute procédure irrégulière, tout manquement avéré aux normes éthiques fondamentales et élémentaires de la part d’un collaborateur de la revue ou d’un auteur obligerait la rédaction à prendre les mesures qui s’imposent : refus systématique et immédiat du texte ou de la collaboration, information aux institutions et associations scientifiques compétentes. Le plagiat total ou partiel démontré, la violation de la propriété intellectuelle et de la confidentialité, l’apparition de noms de personnes n'ayant pas participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l'article, l’oubli volontaire de noms d’auteurs ou collaborateurs qui ont participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l’article sont les principaux cas d’exclusion définitive des auteurs et collaborateurs.
Les membres de l’équipe de la revue et éditeurs scientifiques sont tenus au respect de la dignité de l’auteur et au secret professionnel.
L’équipe de rédaction travaille dans la mesure de ses ressources humaines, matérielles, financières pour la progression de la qualité scientifique et technique de la revue dans l’intérêt de ses lecteurs, auteurs et collaborateurs et suivant la Mission humaniste du GERFLINT.
La liberté d’expression des auteurs est garantie, à condition que les propos tenus ne soient ni confidentiels ni diffamatoires.
Toute utilisation de la revue à des fins commerciales est proscrite. Les noms des institutions qui ont participé au financement de la revue ou la soutiennent figurent sur les pages de couverture et d’accueil des formats imprimé et électronique de la revue.
Le comité de rédaction n’accepte ni texte ayant déjà été publié ni documents non référencé. En cas de réédition, l’autorisation de l’éditeur est demandée et dûment signalée en note et dans la présentation.
Le comité de rédaction s'engage à conseiller les auteurs (les jeunes chercheurs francophones en particulier) conformément aux principes d'aide à la publication définie par le GERFLINT dès sa fondation. Cette orientation est spécialement tournée vers le respect des consignes aux auteurs, que celles-ci soient d’ordre purement rédactionnel ou éthique.
La décision d’accepter ou de refuser définitivement un article est sous la responsabilité complète des éditeurs scientifiques de la revue et des membres du conseil scientifique supérieur du GERFLINT.
Tout éditeur scientifique ou « coordinateur » acceptant la responsabilité scientifique d’un numéro souscrit aux normes éthiques de la revue.
Seule la Direction des publications et du pôle éditorial du Gerflint est habilitée à délivrer une attestation de publication ou de collaboration avec la revue. Pour être valable, l’attestation doit porter la signature de l’un ou de l’autre responsable et le cachet de la revue ou de la Présidence du GERFLINT.
2. Description du processus de double évaluation anonyme par les pairs et de corrections
Tous les articles sont doublement et anonymement évalués par les pairs choisis par les éditeurs scientifiques du numéro en fonction de l’adéquation entre les lignes de recherche de l’évaluateur et le thème de l’article. L’article peut être accepté, admis sous réserve de modifications, refusé en l’état ou refusé. Les experts, quel que soit leur domaine, évaluent précisément :
a. L’Intérêt et l’originalité du sujet
b. La clarté de l’approche conceptuelle, de la définition de la méthodologie adoptée et de l’ancrage scientifique
c. La cohérence des idées
d. La pertinence des résultats et des conclusions
e. Le niveau de rédaction
f. L’application des consignes
Les résultats de ces expertises argumentées et justifiées sont systématiquement envoyés aux auteurs sous forme de rapport. Un second tour d’expertises est assuré afin d’évaluer les remaniements apportés par l’auteur si des modifications et corrections ont été demandées.
Un troisième expert est sollicité si les deux évaluateurs ont des opinions opposées ou si l’auteur exprime un désaccord suffisamment argumenté à la réception d’une évaluation négative.
Les modifications éventuellement effectuées par la rédaction lors des relectures portent exclusivement sur la correction de la langue et n’interviennent pas sur le contenu. Les changements importants (titres, paragraphes, références bibliographiques) se produisent en accord avec l’auteur. Si des erreurs importantes subsistaient après la publication, un erratum serait publié dans le numéro suivant.
En cas de changements ou de renouvellements dans l’équipe de rédaction, les décisions du comité scientifique sont maintenues.
3. Responsabilités des experts
Les membres des comités scientifique et de lecture (permanents ou extérieurs) qui ont accepté d’évaluer un article s’engagent à s’adapter au calendrier de la revue, à ne pas prendre l’initiative personnelle d’envoyer l’article à d’autres collègues, à prévenir immédiatement le rédacteur en chef si l’article, par erreur, n’est pas entièrement anonyme ou s’il pense que l’article n’est pas inédit, à évaluer l’article sans répondre à des intérêts d’ordre personnel (financiers ou scientifiques), à émettre un avis argumenté en se fondant exclusivement sur la capacité de l’article à faire évoluer la recherche et la réflexion, sur sa pertinence, sur la clarté de son contenu, sur la qualité de la démarche, même si, personnellement, il n’épouse pas entièrement les thèses et méthodes défendues par l’auteur. Il est soumis au secret professionnelle et s’engage à respecter la confidentialité des informations qui lui ont été transmises et des opinions qu’il a émises sur l’article et son/ses auteur(s) pendant tout le processus d’évaluation et après la publication de l’article.
4. Responsabilités des auteurs
Tout signataire d’article envoyé à la rédaction de Synergies Pays Scandinaves en est obligatoirement l’auteur ou le co-auteur. Il garantit l’originalité de son texte, l’exclusivité de son envoi à la rédaction de la revue, l’exactitude des données professionnelles présentées, des sources utilisées et des dates de consultation des sites référencés. Toute personne acceptant de figurer et figurant comme auteur (dans la limite de deux auteurs) de l’article doit avoir participé activement (partiellement ou totalement), à la recherche, à la rédaction et aux corrections de l’article. Il est de la responsabilité de l’auteur de signaler et remercier en note tous les collaborateurs qui sont éventuellement intervenus directement dans la recherche, les laboratoires et institutions qui la soutiennent et les financements s’ils existent. L’auteur doit avertir immédiatement la rédaction si le texte qu’il propose est une traduction de l’original ou si une publication de l’article dans une autre langue a déjà eu lieu, sachant que le GERFLINT édite et diffuse essentiellement des articles en langue française mais sans exclusive. La remise d’un article à la rédaction implique également renoncement à l’envoi du même article à d’autres éditeurs ou tout autre système de publication, diffusion, reproduction, y compris une autre revue du GERFLINT. Elle signifie également acceptation totale du processus d’évaluation et de corrections et obligation de s’y soumettre. L'évaluation définitive de l’article est d’ailleurs sous réserve de la signature, par l’auteur, d’une déclaration sur l’honneur assurant que le texte est original et inédit dans sa totalité et exprimant sa connaissance des normes qui régissent le fonctionnement de la revue. L’auteur, titulaire exclusif des droits intellectuels, cède aux Éditions Gerflint les droits d’exploitation de son article. Il s’engage à informer la rédaction en cas d’impossibilité de respecter les délais prévus ou d’honorer sa participation.

Aims & scope of title
Francophone journal of research in the humanities and social sciences particularly open to the fields of language sciences, literature, didactics of languages and cultures.
Its mission is to implement in its geographical area the Global Program of Scientific Dissemination Francophone Network GERFLINT, Study and Research Group for the French International Language. This is why it mainly publishes articles in this language but without linguistic exclusivity (it can accept up to 3 articles per issue in another language: English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) and welcomes, as a matter of priority, work resulting from the scientific thought of French-speaking researchers from its geographical area, of which French is not the first language. Like all GERFLINT journals, it pursues the following objectives : defense of French-language scientific research in all human sciences, promotion of dialogue between disciplines, languages and cultures, opening to the entire scientific community, assistance to young researchers, adoption of a wide disciplinary coverage, ensures the scientific quality of the work.

Watch on the respect of 25 instructions to authors
Researchers wishing to submit a collaboration proposal or an article to the editor are invited to consult the 25 instructions for the authors of the journal and to contact the editorial staff in case of need for explanations, clarifications and information. . The editorial team works according to the highest ethical and deontological standards ensures the adoption and respect of good practices in this field. It is committed to work for the good of the scientific community and obey to no personal interest. The operation of ethical standards and respect for confidentiality are the responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief and of the Director of Publication. These standards come into effect from project design through to final print and electronic publications, continue after publication, and cover international dissemination strategies for all issues. They concern the permanent team of the journal (President, director, editors, secretary, committees) and all of its collaborators: authors, coordinators, external experts, proofreaders, translators, other GERFLINT journals, partners, printer, whatever their country of practice.
The editorial team is committed to protect the magazine against any fraudulent practice. Controls, expertise of originality and systematic detection of plagiarism and self-plagiarism are provided by the Gerflint International Editorial Pole Management. These analyzes are carried out using the most powerful software, coupled with an exhaustive verification, for each article, of the relevance of the results obtained by experts in the field.
Any improper procedure, any proven breach of basic and basic ethical standards by a contributor to the journal or an author would require the editorial staff to take the necessary measures: systematic and immediate rejection of the text or of the collaboration and information to relevant scientific institutions and associations. The editorial team works to the extent of its human, material, financial resources for the advancement of the scientific and technical quality of the journal for the benefit of its readers, authors and collaborators and following the Humanistic Mission of GERFLINT.
The freedom of expression of the authors is guaranteed, provided that the statements made are neither confidential nor defamatory.
Any use of the magazine for commercial purposes is prohibited. The names of the institutions that participated in or support the journal are listed on the front and back pages of the print and electronic formats of the journal.
The Editorial Board does not accept either text that has already been published or unreferenced documents. In case of reprint, the authorization of the publisher is requested and duly indicated in note and in the presentation.
The editorial committee is committed to advising authors (particularly young Francophone researchers) in accordance with the principles of publication support defined by GERFLINT since its foundation. This orientation is especially geared to the respect of instructions to authors, whether these are of a purely editorial or ethical nature.
The decision to accept or definitively refuse an article is under the complete responsibility of the scientific publishers of the journal and members of the GERFLINT Higher Scientific Council.
Any coordinator accepting the scientific responsibility of a number subscribes to the ethical standards of the journal.
Only Gerflint's Publications and International Editorial Division is authorized to issue a certificate of publication or collaboration with the journal. To be valid, the certificate must bear the signature of one or the other person in charge and the stamp of the GERFLINT magazine or Presidency.

Any signatory of an article sent to the editor is obligatorily the author or the co-author. It guarantees the originality of its text, the exclusivity of its sending to the editorial staff of the journal, the accuracy of the professional data presented, the sources used and the dates of consultation of the referenced sites. Anyone who agrees to appear and appear as an author (up to two authors) of the article must have actively participated (partially or totally) in the research, writing and corrections of the article. 1. Responsabilités des éditeurs techniques et scientifiques
La rédaction de Synergies Royaume-Uni et Irlande travaille selon les normes éthiques et déontologiques les plus strictes et veille à l’adoption et au respect de bonnes pratiques dans ce domaine. Elle s’engage à œuvrer pour le bien de la communauté scientifique et à n’obéir à aucun intérêt personnel. Le fonctionnement des normes éthiques et le respect de la confidentialité sont placés sous la responsabilité du rédacteur en chef et du Directeur de publication. Ces normes entrent en vigueur depuis la conception du projet jusqu'aux publications imprimée et électronique définitives, se poursuivent après la publication et couvrent les stratégies de diffusion internationale de tous les numéros. Elles concernent l’équipe permanente de la revue (Président, directeur, rédacteurs, secrétaire, comités) et l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs : auteurs, coordinateurs, experts extérieurs, correcteurs, traducteurs, autres revues du GERFLINT, partenaires, imprimeur, quel que soit leur pays d’exercice.
L’équipe éditoriale s’engage à protéger la revue contre toute pratique frauduleuse. Les contrôles et détections systématiques du plagiat et de l'auto-plagiat sont assurés par la Direction du Pôle éditorial international du Gerflint. Ces analyses sont réalisées à l'aide des logiciels les plus performants en la matière, doublées d'une vérification exhaustive, pour chaque article, de la pertinence des résultats obtenus.
Toute procédure irrégulière, tout manquement avéré aux normes éthiques fondamentales et élémentaires de la part d’un collaborateur de la revue ou d’un auteur obligerait la rédaction à prendre les mesures qui s’imposent : refus systématique et immédiat du texte ou de la collaboration, information aux institutions et associations scientifiques compétentes. Le plagiat total ou partiel démontré, la violation de la propriété intellectuelle et de la confidentialité, l’apparition de noms de personnes n'ayant pas participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l'article, l’oubli volontaire de noms d’auteurs ou collaborateurs qui ont participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l’article sont les principaux cas d’exclusion définitive des auteurs et collaborateurs.
Les membres de l’équipe de la revue et éditeurs scientifiques sont tenus au respect de la dignité de l’auteur et au secret professionnel.
L’équipe de rédaction travaille dans la mesure de ses ressources humaines, matérielles, financières pour la progression de la qualité scientifique et technique de la revue dans l’intérêt de ses lecteurs, auteurs et collaborateurs et suivant la Mission humaniste du GERFLINT.
La liberté d’expression des auteurs est garantie, à condition que les propos tenus ne soient ni confidentiels ni diffamatoires.
Toute utilisation de la revue à des fins commerciales est proscrite. Les noms des institutions qui ont participé au financement de la revue ou la soutiennent figurent sur les pages de couverture et d’accueil des formats imprimé et électronique de la revue.
Le comité de rédaction n’accepte ni texte ayant déjà été publié ni documents non référencé. En cas de réédition, l’autorisation de l’éditeur est demandée et dûment signalée en note et dans la présentation.
Le comité de rédaction s'engage à conseiller les auteurs (les jeunes chercheurs francophones en particulier) conformément aux principes d'aide à la publication définie par le GERFLINT dès sa fondation. Cette orientation est spécialement tournée vers le respect des consignes aux auteurs, que celles-ci soient d’ordre purement rédactionnel ou éthique.
La décision d’accepter ou de refuser définitivement un article est sous la responsabilité complète des éditeurs scientifiques de la revue et des membres du conseil scientifique supérieur du GERFLINT.
Tout éditeur scientifique ou « coordinateur » acceptant la responsabilité scientifique d’un numéro souscrit aux normes éthiques de la revue.
Seule la Direction des publications et du pôle éditorial du Gerflint est habilitée à délivrer une attestation de publication ou de collaboration avec la revue. Pour être valable, l’attestation doit porter la signature de l’un ou de l’autre responsable et le cachet de la revue ou de la Présidence du GERFLINT.
2. Description du processus de double évaluation anonyme par les pairs et de corrections
Tous les articles sont doublement et anonymement évalués par les pairs choisis par les éditeurs scientifiques du numéro en fonction de l’adéquation entre les lignes de recherche de l’évaluateur et le thème de l’article. L’article peut être accepté, admis sous réserve de modifications, refusé en l’état ou refusé. Les experts, quel que soit leur domaine, évaluent précisément :
a. L’Intérêt et l’originalité du sujet
b. La clarté de l’approche conceptuelle, de la définition de la méthodologie adoptée et de l’ancrage scientifique
c. La cohérence des idées
d. La pertinence des résultats et des conclusions
e. Le niveau de rédaction
f. L’application des consignes
Les résultats de ces expertises argumentées et justifiées sont systématiquement envoyés aux auteurs sous forme de rapport. Un second tour d’expertises est assuré afin d’évaluer les remaniements apportés par l’auteur si des modifications et corrections ont été demandées.
Un troisième expert est sollicité si les deux évaluateurs ont des opinions opposées ou si l’auteur exprime un désaccord suffisamment argumenté à la réception d’une évaluation négative.
Les modifications éventuellement effectuées par la rédaction lors des relectures portent exclusivement sur la correction de la langue et n’interviennent pas sur le contenu. Les changements importants (titres, paragraphes, références bibliographiques) se produisent en accord avec l’auteur. Si des erreurs importantes subsistaient après la publication, un erratum serait publié dans le numéro suivant.
En cas de changements ou de renouvellements dans l’équipe de rédaction, les décisions du comité scientifique sont maintenues.
3. Responsabilités des experts
Les membres des comités scientifique et de lecture (permanents ou extérieurs) qui ont accepté d’évaluer un article s’engagent à s’adapter au calendrier de la revue, à ne pas prendre l’initiative personnelle d’envoyer l’article à d’autres collègues, à prévenir immédiatement le rédacteur en chef si l’article, par erreur, n’est pas entièrement anonyme ou s’il pense que l’article n’est pas inédit, à évaluer l’article sans répondre à des intérêts d’ordre personnel (financiers ou scientifiques), à émettre un avis argumenté en se fondant exclusivement sur la capacité de l’article à faire évoluer la recherche et la réflexion, sur sa pertinence, sur la clarté de son contenu, sur la qualité de la démarche, même si, personnellement, il n’épouse pas entièrement les thèses et méthodes défendues par l’auteur. Il est soumis au secret professionnelle et s’engage à respecter la confidentialité des informations qui lui ont été transmises et des opinions qu’il a émises sur l’article et son/ses auteur(s) pendant tout le processus d’évaluation et après la publication de l’article.
4. Responsabilités des auteurs
Tout signataire d’article envoyé à la rédaction de Synergies Royaume-Uni et Irlande en est obligatoirement l’auteur ou le co-auteur. Il garantit l’originalité de son texte, l’exclusivité de son envoi à la rédaction de la revue, l’exactitude des données professionnelles présentées, des sources utilisées et des dates de consultation des sites référencés. Toute personne acceptant de figurer et figurant comme auteur (dans la limite de deux auteurs) de l’article doit avoir participé activement (partiellement ou totalement), à la recherche, à la rédaction et aux corrections de l’article. Il est de la responsabilité de l’auteur de signaler et remercier en note tous les collaborateurs qui sont éventuellement intervenus directement dans la recherche, les laboratoires et institutions qui la soutiennent et les financements s’ils existent. L’auteur doit avertir immédiatement la rédaction si le texte qu’il propose est une traduction de l’original ou si une publication de l’article dans une autre langue a déjà eu lieu, sachant que le GERFLINT édite et diffuse essentiellement des articles en langue française mais sans exclusive. La remise d’un article à la rédaction implique également renoncement à l’envoi du même article à d’autres éditeurs ou tout autre système de publication, diffusion, reproduction, y compris une autre revue du GERFLINT. Elle signifie également acceptation totale du processus d’évaluation et de corrections et obligation de s’y soumettre. L'évaluation définitive de l’article est d’ailleurs sous réserve de la signature, par l’auteur, d’une déclaration sur l’honneur assurant que le texte est original et inédit dans sa totalité et exprimant sa connaissance des normes qui régissent le fonctionnement de la revue. L’auteur, titulaire exclusif des droits intellectuels, cède aux Éditions Gerflint les droits d’exploitation de son article. Il s’engage à informer la rédaction en cas d’impossibilité de respecter les délais prévus ou d’honorer sa participation.

Aims & scope of title
Francophone journal of research in the humanities and social sciences particularly open to the fields of language sciences, literature, didactics of languages and cultures.
Its mission is to implement in its geographical area the Global Program of Scientific Dissemination Francophone Network GERFLINT, Study and Research Group for the French International Language. This is why it mainly publishes articles in this language but without linguistic exclusivity (it can accept up to 3 articles per issue in another language: English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) and welcomes, as a matter of priority, work resulting from the scientific thought of French-speaking researchers from its geographical area, of which French is not the first language. Like all GERFLINT journals, it pursues the following objectives : defense of French-language scientific research in all human sciences, promotion of dialogue between disciplines, languages and cultures, opening to the entire scientific community, assistance to young researchers, adoption of a wide disciplinary coverage, ensures the scientific quality of the work.

Researchers wishing to submit a collaboration proposal or an article to the editor are invited to consult the 25 instructions for the authors of the journal and to contact the editorial staff in case of need for explanations, clarifications and information. . 1. Responsabilités des éditeurs techniques et scientifiques
La rédaction de Synergies Sud-Est européen travaille selon les normes éthiques et déontologiques les plus strictes et veille à l’adoption et au respect de bonnes pratiques dans ce domaine. Elle s’engage à œuvrer pour le bien de la communauté scientifique et à n’obéir à aucun intérêt personnel. Le fonctionnement des normes éthiques et le respect de la confidentialité sont placés sous la responsabilité du rédacteur en chef et du Directeur de publication. Ces normes entrent en vigueur depuis la conception du projet jusqu'aux publications imprimée et électronique définitives, se poursuivent après la publication et couvrent les stratégies de diffusion internationale de tous les numéros. Elles concernent l’équipe permanente de la revue (Président, directeur, rédacteurs, secrétaire, comités) et l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs : auteurs, coordinateurs, experts extérieurs, correcteurs, traducteurs, autres revues du GERFLINT, partenaires, imprimeur, quel que soit leur pays d’exercice.
L’équipe éditoriale s’engage à protéger la revue contre toute pratique frauduleuse. Les contrôles et détections systématiques du plagiat et de l'auto-plagiat sont assurés par la Direction du Pôle éditorial international du Gerflint. Ces analyses sont réalisées à l'aide des logiciels les plus performants en la matière, doublées d'une vérification exhaustive, pour chaque article, de la pertinence des résultats obtenus.
Toute procédure irrégulière, tout manquement avéré aux normes éthiques fondamentales et élémentaires de la part d’un collaborateur de la revue ou d’un auteur obligerait la rédaction à prendre les mesures qui s’imposent : refus systématique et immédiat du texte ou de la collaboration, information aux institutions et associations scientifiques compétentes. Le plagiat total ou partiel démontré, la violation de la propriété intellectuelle et de la confidentialité, l’apparition de noms de personnes n'ayant pas participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l'article, l’oubli volontaire de noms d’auteurs ou collaborateurs qui ont participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l’article sont les principaux cas d’exclusion définitive des auteurs et collaborateurs.
Les membres de l’équipe de la revue et éditeurs scientifiques sont tenus au respect de la dignité de l’auteur et au secret professionnel.
L’équipe de rédaction travaille dans la mesure de ses ressources humaines, matérielles, financières pour la progression de la qualité scientifique et technique de la revue dans l’intérêt de ses lecteurs, auteurs et collaborateurs et suivant la Mission humaniste du GERFLINT.
La liberté d’expression des auteurs est garantie, à condition que les propos tenus ne soient ni confidentiels ni diffamatoires.
Toute utilisation de la revue à des fins commerciales est proscrite. Les noms des institutions qui ont participé au financement de la revue ou la soutiennent figurent sur les pages de couverture et d’accueil des formats imprimé et électronique de la revue.
Le comité de rédaction n’accepte ni texte ayant déjà été publié ni documents non référencé. En cas de réédition, l’autorisation de l’éditeur est demandée et dûment signalée en note et dans la présentation.
Le comité de rédaction s'engage à conseiller les auteurs (les jeunes chercheurs francophones en particulier) conformément aux principes d'aide à la publication définie par le GERFLINT dès sa fondation. Cette orientation est spécialement tournée vers le respect des consignes aux auteurs, que celles-ci soient d’ordre purement rédactionnel ou éthique.
La décision d’accepter ou de refuser définitivement un article est sous la responsabilité complète des éditeurs scientifiques de la revue et des membres du conseil scientifique supérieur du GERFLINT.
Tout éditeur scientifique ou « coordinateur » acceptant la responsabilité scientifique d’un numéro souscrit aux normes éthiques de la revue.
Seule la Direction des publications et du pôle éditorial du Gerflint est habilitée à délivrer une attestation de publication ou de collaboration avec la revue. Pour être valable, l’attestation doit porter la signature de l’un ou de l’autre responsable et le cachet de la revue ou de la Présidence du GERFLINT.
2. Description du processus de double évaluation anonyme par les pairs et de corrections
Tous les articles sont doublement et anonymement évalués par les pairs choisis par les éditeurs scientifiques du numéro en fonction de l’adéquation entre les lignes de recherche de l’évaluateur et le thème de l’article. L’article peut être accepté, admis sous réserve de modifications, refusé en l’état ou refusé. Les experts, quel que soit leur domaine, évaluent précisément :
a. L’Intérêt et l’originalité du sujet
b. La clarté de l’approche conceptuelle, de la définition de la méthodologie adoptée et de l’ancrage scientifique
c. La cohérence des idées
d. La pertinence des résultats et des conclusions
e. Le niveau de rédaction
f. L’application des consignes
Les résultats de ces expertises argumentées et justifiées sont systématiquement envoyés aux auteurs sous forme de rapport. Un second tour d’expertises est assuré afin d’évaluer les remaniements apportés par l’auteur si des modifications et corrections ont été demandées.
Un troisième expert est sollicité si les deux évaluateurs ont des opinions opposées ou si l’auteur exprime un désaccord suffisamment argumenté à la réception d’une évaluation négative.
Les modifications éventuellement effectuées par la rédaction lors des relectures portent exclusivement sur la correction de la langue et n’interviennent pas sur le contenu. Les changements importants (titres, paragraphes, références bibliographiques) se produisent en accord avec l’auteur. Si des erreurs importantes subsistaient après la publication, un erratum serait publié dans le numéro suivant.
En cas de changements ou de renouvellements dans l’équipe de rédaction, les décisions du comité scientifique sont maintenues.
3. Responsabilités des experts
Les membres des comités scientifique et de lecture (permanents ou extérieurs) qui ont accepté d’évaluer un article s’engagent à s’adapter au calendrier de la revue, à ne pas prendre l’initiative personnelle d’envoyer l’article à d’autres collègues, à prévenir immédiatement le rédacteur en chef si l’article, par erreur, n’est pas entièrement anonyme ou s’il pense que l’article n’est pas inédit, à évaluer l’article sans répondre à des intérêts d’ordre personnel (financiers ou scientifiques), à émettre un avis argumenté en se fondant exclusivement sur la capacité de l’article à faire évoluer la recherche et la réflexion, sur sa pertinence, sur la clarté de son contenu, sur la qualité de la démarche, même si, personnellement, il n’épouse pas entièrement les thèses et méthodes défendues par l’auteur. Il est soumis au secret professionnelle et s’engage à respecter la confidentialité des informations qui lui ont été transmises et des opinions qu’il a émises sur l’article et son/ses auteur(s) pendant tout le processus d’évaluation et après la publication de l’article.
4. Responsabilités des auteurs
Tout signataire d’article envoyé à la rédaction de Synergies Sud-Est européen en est obligatoirement l’auteur ou le co-auteur. Il garantit l’originalité de son texte, l’exclusivité de son envoi à la rédaction de la revue, l’exactitude des données professionnelles présentées, des sources utilisées et des dates de consultation des sites référencés. Toute personne acceptant de figurer et figurant comme auteur (dans la limite de deux auteurs) de l’article doit avoir participé activement (partiellement ou totalement), à la recherche, à la rédaction et aux corrections de l’article. Il est de la responsabilité de l’auteur de signaler et remercier en note tous les collaborateurs qui sont éventuellement intervenus directement dans la recherche, les laboratoires et institutions qui la soutiennent et les financements s’ils existent. L’auteur doit avertir immédiatement la rédaction si le texte qu’il propose est une traduction de l’original ou si une publication de l’article dans une autre langue a déjà eu lieu, sachant que le GERFLINT édite et diffuse essentiellement des articles en langue française mais sans exclusive. La remise d’un article à la rédaction implique également renoncement à l’envoi du même article à d’autres éditeurs ou tout autre système de publication, diffusion, reproduction, y compris une autre revue du GERFLINT. Elle signifie également acceptation totale du processus d’évaluation et de corrections et obligation de s’y soumettre. L'évaluation définitive de l’article est d’ailleurs sous réserve de la signature, par l’auteur, d’une déclaration sur l’honneur assurant que le texte est original et inédit dans sa totalité et exprimant sa connaissance des normes qui régissent le fonctionnement de la revue. L’auteur, titulaire exclusif des droits intellectuels, cède aux Éditions Gerflint les droits d’exploitation de son article. Il s’engage à informer la rédaction en cas d’impossibilité de respecter les délais prévus ou d’honorer sa participation.

Aims & scope of title
Francophone journal of research in the humanities and social sciences particularly open to the fields of language sciences, literature, didactics of languages and cultures.
Its mission is to implement in its geographical area the Global Program of Scientific Dissemination Francophone Network GERFLINT, Study and Research Group for the French International Language. This is why it mainly publishes articles in this language but without linguistic exclusivity (it can accept up to 3 articles per issue in another language: English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) and welcomes, as a matter of priority, work resulting from the scientific thought of French-speaking researchers from its geographical area, of which French is not the first language. Like all GERFLINT journals, it pursues the following objectives : defense of French-language scientific research in all human sciences, promotion of dialogue between disciplines, languages and cultures, opening to the entire scientific community, assistance to young researchers, adoption of a wide disciplinary coverage, ensures the scientific quality of the work.

Researchers wishing to submit a collaboration proposal or an article to the editor are invited to consult the 25 instructions for the authors of the journal and to contact the editorial staff in case of need for explanations, clarifications and information. . Synergies Turquie est une revue francophone de recherche en sciences humaines particulièrement ouverte aux travaux de langue, de littérature, de culture, de traduction et de didactique qui réunit les chercheurs universitaires de la Turquie publiant essentiellement leurs recherches en français. La revue accorde une place limitée aux études originales en anglais afin de donner une idée de l’étendue des recherches en sciences humaines de la Turquie.
Sa vocation est de mettre en oeuvre en Turquie le Programme Mondial de Diffusion Scientifique Francophone en Réseau du GERFLINT, Groupe d'Etudes et de Recherches pour le Français Langue Internationale. C'est pourquoi elle publie essentiellement des articles dans cette langue mais sans exclusive linguistique et accueille, de façon prioritaire, les travaux issus de la pensée scientifique des chercheurs francophones de son espace géographique dont le français n’est pas la langue première. Comme toutes les revues du GERFLINT, elle poursuit les objectifs suivants: défense de la recherche scientifique francophone dans l'ensemble des sciences humaines, promotion du dialogue entre les disciplines, les langues et les cultures, ouverture sur l'ensemble de la communauté scientifique, aide aux jeunes chercheurs, adoption d'une large couverture disciplinaire, veille sur la qualité scientifique des travaux. Le fonctionnement des normes éthiques et le respect de la confidentialité sont placés sous la responsabilité du rédacteur en chef et du Directeur de publication. Ces normes entrent en vigueur depuis la conception du projet jusqu'aux publications imprimée et électronique définitives, se poursuivent après la publication et couvrent les stratégies de diffusion internationale de tous les numéros. Elles concernent l’équipe permanente de la revue (Président, directeur, rédacteurs, secrétaire, comités) et l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs : auteurs, coordinateurs, experts extérieurs, correcteurs, traducteurs, autres revues du GERFLINT, partenaires, imprimeur, quel que soit leur pays d’exercice.
L’équipe éditoriale s’engage à protéger la revue contre toute pratique frauduleuse. Les contrôles et détections systématiques du plagiat et de l'auto-plagiat sont assurés par la Direction du Pôle éditorial international du Gerflint. Ces analyses sont réalisées à l'aide des logiciels les plus performants en la matière, doublées d'une vérification exhaustive, pour chaque article, de la pertinence des résultats obtenus.
Toute procédure irrégulière, tout manquement avéré aux normes éthiques fondamentales et élémentaires de la part d’un collaborateur de la revue ou d’un auteur obligerait la rédaction à prendre les mesures qui s’imposent : refus systématique et immédiat du texte ou de la collaboration, information aux institutions et associations scientifiques compétentes. Le plagiat total ou partiel démontré, la violation de la propriété intellectuelle et de la confidentialité, l’apparition de noms de personnes n'ayant pas participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l'article, l’oubli volontaire de noms d’auteurs ou collaborateurs qui ont participé directement à la recherche et à la rédaction de l’article sont les principaux cas d’exclusion définitive des auteurs et collaborateurs.
Les membres de l’équipe de la revue et éditeurs scientifiques sont tenus au respect de la dignité de l’auteur et au secret professionnel.
L’équipe de rédaction travaille dans la mesure de ses ressources humaines, matérielles, financières pour la progression de la qualité scientifique et technique de la revue dans l’intérêt de ses lecteurs, auteurs et collaborateurs et suivant la Mission humaniste du GERFLINT.

Le comité de rédaction s'engage à conseiller les auteurs (les jeunes chercheurs francophones en particulier) conformément aux principes d'aide à la publication définie par le GERFLINT dès sa fondation. Cette orientation est spécialement tournée vers le respect des consignes aux auteurs, que celles-ci soient d’ordre purement rédactionnel ou éthique.
La décision d’accepter ou de refuser définitivement un article est sous la responsabilité complète des éditeurs scientifiques de la revue et des membres du conseil scientifique supérieur du GERFLINT.
Tout éditeur scientifique ou « coordinateur » acceptant la responsabilité scientifique d’un numéro souscrit aux normes éthiques de la revue.
Seule la Direction des publications et du pôle éditorial du Gerflint est habilitée à délivrer une attestation de publication ou de collaboration avec la revue. Pour être valable, l’attestation doit porter la signature de l’un ou de l’autre responsable et le cachet de la revue ou de la Présidence du GERFLINT.
2. Description du processus de double évaluation anonyme par les pairs et de corrections
Tous les articles sont doublement et anonymement évalués par les pairs choisis par les éditeurs scientifiques du numéro en fonction de l’adéquation entre les lignes de recherche de l’évaluateur et le thème de l’article. L’article peut être accepté, admis sous réserve de modifications, refusé en l’état ou refusé. Les experts, quel que soit leur domaine, évaluent précisément :
a. L’Intérêt et l’originalité du sujet
b. La clarté de l’approche conceptuelle, de la définition de la méthodologie adoptée et de l’ancrage scientifique
c. La cohérence des idées
d. La pertinence des résultats et des conclusions
e. Le niveau de rédaction
f. L’application des consignes
Les résultats de ces expertises argumentées et justifiées sont systématiquement envoyés aux auteurs sous forme de rapport. Un second tour d’expertises est assuré afin d’évaluer les remaniements apportés par l’auteur si des modifications et corrections ont été demandées.
Un troisième expert est sollicité si les deux évaluateurs ont des opinions opposées ou si l’auteur exprime un désaccord suffisamment argumenté à la réception d’une évaluation négative.
Les modifications éventuellement effectuées par la rédaction lors des relectures portent exclusivement sur la correction de la langue et n’interviennent pas sur le contenu. Les changements importants (titres, paragraphes, références bibliographiques) se produisent en accord avec l’auteur. Si des erreurs importantes subsistaient après la publication, un erratum serait publié dans le numéro suivant.
En cas de changements ou de renouvellements dans l’équipe de rédaction, les décisions du comité scientifique sont maintenues.
3. Responsabilités des experts
Les membres des comités scientifique et de lecture (permanents ou extérieurs) qui ont accepté d’évaluer un article s’engagent à s’adapter au calendrier de la revue, à ne pas prendre l’initiative personnelle d’envoyer l’article à d’autres collègues, à prévenir immédiatement le rédacteur en chef si l’article, par erreur, n’est pas entièrement anonyme ou s’il pense que l’article n’est pas inédit, à évaluer l’article sans répondre à des intérêts d’ordre personnel (financiers ou scientifiques), à émettre un avis argumenté en se fondant exclusivement sur la capacité de l’article à faire évoluer la recherche et la réflexion, sur sa pertinence, sur la clarté de son contenu, sur la qualité de la démarche, même si, personnellement, il n’épouse pas entièrement les thèses et méthodes défendues par l’auteur. Il est soumis au secret professionnelle et s’engage à respecter la confidentialité des informations qui lui ont été transmises et des opinions qu’il a émises sur l’article et son/ses auteur(s) pendant tout le processus d’évaluation et après la publication de l’article.
4. Responsabilités des auteurs
Tout signataire d’article envoyé à la rédaction de Synergies Turquie en est obligatoirement l’auteur ou le co-auteur. Il garantit l’originalité de son texte, l’exclusivité de son envoi à la rédaction de la revue, l’exactitude des données professionnelles présentées, des sources utilisées et des dates de consultation des sites référencés. Toute personne acceptant de figurer et figurant comme auteur (dans la limite de deux auteurs) de l’article doit avoir participé activement (partiellement ou totalement), à la recherche, à la rédaction et aux corrections de l’article. Il est de la responsabilité de l’auteur de signaler et remercier en note tous les collaborateurs qui sont éventuellement intervenus directement dans la recherche, les laboratoires et institutions qui la soutiennent et les financements s’ils existent. L’auteur doit avertir immédiatement la rédaction si le texte qu’il propose est une traduction de l’original ou si une publication de l’article dans une autre langue a déjà eu lieu, sachant que le GERFLINT édite et diffuse essentiellement des articles en langue française mais sans exclusive. La remise d’un article à la rédaction implique également renoncement à l’envoi du même article à d’autres éditeurs ou tout autre système de publication, diffusion, reproduction, y compris une autre revue du GERFLINT. Elle signifie également acceptation totale du processus d’évaluation et de corrections et obligation de s’y soumettre. L'évaluation définitive de l’article est d’ailleurs sous réserve de la signature, par l’auteur, d’une déclaration sur l’honneur assurant que le texte est original et inédit dans sa totalité et exprimant sa connaissance des normes qui régissent le fonctionnement de la revue. L’auteur, titulaire exclusif des droits intellectuels, cède aux Éditions Gerflint les droits d’exploitation de son article. Francophone journal of research in the humanities and social sciences particularly open to the fields of language sciences, literature, didactics of languages and cultures.
Its mission is to implement in its geographical area the Global Program of Scientific Dissemination Francophone Network GERFLINT, Study and Research Group for the French International Language. This is why it mainly publishes articles in this language but without linguistic exclusivity (it can accept up to 3 articles per issue in another language: English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, etc.) and welcomes, as a matter of priority, work resulting from the scientific thought of French-speaking researchers from its geographical area, of which French is not the first language.
