Synergies Algérie est une revue éditée et publiée par le GERFLINT qui se situe dans le cadre du libre accès à l’information scientifique et technique. Le mode de diffusion de ses articles est conforme aux principes fondateurs du GERFLINT, au Code français de la propriété intellectuelle et à l’Initiative de Budapest (BOAI definition). Tous ses articles peuvent donc être lus et téléchargés gratuitement en ligne dans leur intégralité sans identifiant, abonnement, inscription, adhésion. Le signalement de cette publication en libre accès figure dans l’ours de chaque numéro

Its archiving, pre-print, post-print policy is posted on the SHERPA / R0MEO Database.
Confidentiality declaration
All personal data (names, addresses, resumes, notices, grids and evaluation reports) which reach the review will be used only within the framework of the humanistic and scientific mission of any review of the GERFLINT, to the exclusion of all other ends. E-mail addresses and professional and scientific profiles are the only personal information published in agreement and in collaboration with the author. The anonymity of the authors and evaluators throughout the evaluation and correction process of the articles is respected. Expert reports are archived and kept confidential.
Ethical standards
b. Clarity of conceptual approach, definition of methodology, and scientific anchoring;
c. Coherence of ideas;
d. Relevance of findings and conclusions ;
e. The level of writing;
f. The application of the instructions
The results of these justified and justified expertises are systematically sent to the authors in the form of a report. A second round of expertise is provided to evaluate the changes made by the author if changes and corrections have been requested. A third expert is asked if the two evaluators have opposite opinions or if the author expresses a sufficiently argued disagreement on receipt of a negative evaluation.
Significant changes (titles, paragraphs, bibliographic references) occur in agreement with the author. If significant errors remained after publication, an erratum would be published in the following issue. In case of changes or renewals in the writing team, the decisions of the scientific committee are maintained.

Regardless of the publisher's standards, the following data must be included: Author's name, Author's first name, date of publication, Title of article, title of journal, number, title of volume, name of coordinators , place of publication (Sylvains les Moulins), name of the publisher (Gerflint editions), pagination, date of consultation.
